Working with Integration Tasks

Want to know what an Integration Task is? How they’re counted? When they reset?

What is an Integration Task?

An Integration Task is every successful execution of an integration function or a GET, PUT, or POST function. In short, any function that lets you exchange data with another service.

How many Integration Tasks do I have per month?

The number of Integration Tasks you have is according to your subscription tier. At any time you can check the number of Integration Tasks you already used per cycle on your workspace’s Usage page.

When do Integration Tasks reset?

Your Integration Task limit resets on the first day of your billing cycle.

Unused Integration Tasks for a given billing cycle do not roll over to the next billing cycle.

How are Integration Tasks calculated per workspace?

The owner of the workspace is responsible for the number of Integration Tasks executed.

For example, if you are the owner and have three members in your workspace, then each Integration Task that is executed by your workspace members in the spreadsheets of this workspace is counted towards your limit.

If you are the owner of a live spreadsheet that has Integration Tasks, then any time someone uses your spreadsheet, the Integration Tasks is counted towards your limit.

What happens when I use up all my Integration Tasks?

If you’ve reached the Integration Task limit for your plan, you will be notified in the application as well as see an #ACCOUNT error in any cell that contains an integration function or a GET(), PUT(), or POST() function.

To continue using your account and Integration Tasks, you either need to upgrade your plan or wait until the next billing period.
