What is an integration task?
An Integration task is any execution of an integration function (for example of our Google Analytics or Slack integrations) or web function (GET, POST, or PUT) that didn’t result in an error from the server. Integration tasks are counted per workspace. Any task executed by a user counts towards the workspace limit (including those executed in Live spreadsheets).
What happens if I hit the integration tasks limit?
If you reach the integration task limit, you'll still be able to use your spreadsheets. However, users won’t be able to execute integration tasks and will see an error in the cell. To increase the limit, you can upgrade to a new plan. Your integration task limit is reset monthly on the first day of your billing cycle.
What if I need more than 1,000,000 integration tasks per month?
First, thank you for using Rows a lot! If you need a custom plan with more than 1,000,000 Integration tasks per month, send us an email at
enterprise@rows.com and we'll get back to you ASAP.
Can I have multiple workspaces? How are they billed?
Yes, you can use multiple workspaces with the same email address. Each workspace has an owner, a pricing plan, and as many members as you need. You can only be the owner of one workspace (we will increase this limit to five soon). By default, all workspaces are subscribed to the Free plan. You can upgrade each workspace separately and they can have different billing details and payment methods.
What happens when I change plans?
You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When you upgrade, you gain access to all the features immediately. If you upgrade before the end of your plan’s billing cycle, we will move your plan to a new billing cycle and credit you the value for your old plan pro rata to the remaining time of your billing cycle. When you downgrade, you remain on your current plan until the end of your billing cycle.
