A Workspace is a group of people spreadsheets inside Rows. A workspace has a unique link, like rows.com/yourcompany. In general, it makes sense to have one workspace for the whole company or organization. Conversely, if you remove members, your account will be credited accordingly.

The users of Workspaces can be Members or Guests. Members are people who can create spreadsheets and who are permanent users of that organization, that is, by default they get access to new documents on shared folders. Guests must be invited to each particular spreadsheet they will have access to.

Paid plans apply to the whole workspace.

On the Free plan, you can add as many Workspace members as you want. The paid plans will be charged per Workspace member. The number of guests are limited in every plan. The Free plan is limited to 10 guests, 50 on Plus, and 100 on Pro.

If you add members during your billing cycle, your account will be charged a prorated amount based on the remaining time in the cycle. Conversely, if you remove members, your account will be credited accordingly.

Please note that charges are prorated based on the remaining time in your billing cycle.

A Guest member is a user who can collaborate on a specific spreadsheet but who doesn't belong to the whole workspace. They cannot create new spreadsheets or view all folders. Guest members can have different permissions, and so you can have Guest Editors and Guest Viewers.

A Guest Editor is a user who can Edit just a particular spreadsheet to which they were invited to. Guest Editors have the following permissions:

• View and Edit spreadsheets that they have been invited to as Editors.
• Open spreadsheets that they have been invited to as Viewers.
• Open spreadsheets that are Published to the world.
• Navigate to the workspace via the workspace dropdown.

A Guest Viewer is a user who can View a particular spreadsheet to which they were invited to. Guest Viewers have the following permissions:

• Open spreadsheets that they have been to a as Viewers.
• Open spreadsheets that are Published to the world.
• Navigate to the workspace via the workspace dropdown.

Note: Guests can't view or edit folders & spreadsheets that are private. That is, they can only access folders and their spreadsheets to which they were invited to, or to those that are Published with the world. Guests also can't create new spreadsheets in the workspace.

Rows has Integrations to let you easily connect to other online services like Marketing tools, Analytics software, Databases, CRM and even custom APIs.

Regardless of the Plan, there is no limitation on the number of connected integrations at the same time. You can connect multiple accounts per Integration, for example, two different accounts for Google Analytics.

An Integration execution is any execution of an Integration that didn't result in an error from the server. Example: Google Analytics, Slack, HTTP web functions, Rows API. Any task executed by a user counts towards the workspace limit, including those executed in shared spreadsheets, View mode, and Embeds.

On the Free plan, the Workspace will be limited to 50 Integration executions across all Integrations per month. Paid plans include 1 million executions per month, covering all Integrations, including HTTP tasks and Rows API calls. This is a lot of data refreshes! Note that a single data refresh can include lots of data, from a cell up to thousands of rows with multiple columns. Exceeding the allotted Integration executions will result in the spreadsheets and Workspace members being unable to execute additional Integration executions. The number of integration executions renews monthly at the beginning of the workspace billing cycle.

Yes, you can use multiple workspaces with the same email address. Each workspace has an owner, a pricing plan, and as many members as you need. By default, all workspaces are subscribed to the Free plan. You can upgrade each workspace separately, and they can have different billing details and payment methods.

You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When you upgrade, you gain access to all the features immediately. If you upgrade before the end of your plan’s billing cycle, we will move your plan to a new billing cycle and credit you the value for your old plan pro rata to the remaining time of your billing cycle. When you downgrade, you remain on your current plan until the end of your billing cycle.

Yes, you can downgrade your plan to the Free plan at any time. You will remain on your current plan until the end of your billing cycle.
