Rows will be joining Superhuman
We started Rows in 2017 to bring modern computing skills to spreadsheet users. Over the last nine years, we built the easiest way for people to import business data, analyze it, and share it.
Along the way, more than 2.2 million people used Rows to execute over 17 billion spreadsheet functions, import data from their business tools more than 8.3 billion times, and run over 800,000 AI Analyst prompts. We are incredibly proud of what we built and of the customers, teammates, and partners who built it with us.
Today, we are excited to share that Superhuman has agreed to acquire Rows.
From our earliest conversations, Superhuman’s mission to unlock the superhuman potential in everyone deeply resonated with us. We have always believed that working with data should be simple, fast, and reliable, not something that slows teams down. Over the years, we developed deep technical expertise in designing reliable integrations with live business data, reshaping the way users transform and visualize data, and ultimately building AI systems capable of turning raw data into clear answers, all through plain language.
Joining Superhuman gives us the opportunity to apply our experience on a broader scale. Superhuman brings together Grammarly, Mail, Coda, and Go into a connected AI productivity suite. Within that ecosystem, Coda is the all-in-one collaboration space where teams organize their work, make decisions, and move projects forward. In our next chapter, we will focus on strengthening Coda’s capabilities for data-driven teams and contributing to its continued evolution within the broader Superhuman platform.
Once the acquisition is finalized, as part of this transition, we plan to gradually sunset the Rows product over the next three months, with Rows.com fully winding down on May 31, 2026. We are committed to supporting our customers throughout this period to ensure a smooth process. Current customers will receive a detailed email outlining what this means for their account and any next steps.
